James M. Naismith, RPLS, LSLS

Jim has an M.S. in Civil Engineering and is a licensed captain. Mr. Naismith is a third-generation surveyor with more than 30 years of experience in all aspects of land and hydrographic surveying. His projects range from continental scale survey control to individual dock surveys. He has authored and presented numerous training manuals, technical presentations, and web-based technical content.

Seth Gambill

Seth has more than 18 years of experience in the Texas Gulf Coast region. His experience includes environmental consulting, Corps of Engineers permitting, resource agency consultation and coordination, sensitive resource surveying and mapping, wetland and oyster reef creation and restoration, remote sensing surveys, and project management.

Our experienced crew members are deployed across the coast in small teams based on project needs. Most are based out of Rockport, where our shop is located.  When not on the water, the crews are working on new methods and maintaining our inventory of survey equipment.
